Just Breath…

You have given someone the same information time and time again, yet it seems it goes in one ear and out the other.. Arrrgggh!!! I understand your feelings of frustration.  Remember, you are simply planting the seed that hopefully will eventually grow.

Relax. Breathe.

Try it today:

What: Sama Vritti or Equal Breathing.

Where: Anywhere

When: Anytime

How: Inhale for a count of four, then exhale for a count of four. Repeat.

Why: Calms the nervous system, increases focus, and reduces stress.
